What form of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Western Union and Wire Transfer. If via PayPal, the following documents are required:
- A screenshot of your email address shown in your PayPal account.
- Copy of a government-issued photo identification that matches the name on the PayPal account.
- Copy of a recent utility bill (cable, water, electricity, etc.) that matches the address on the PayPal account.
I submitted a PayPal payment. Why hasn't my balance been updated?
Balances are not updated in real time. It can take up to a few hours to get your payment posted.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account anytime. Just file a support ticket with your cancellation request
What's your refund policy?
Call minutes: We offer full refunds on remaining pre-paid balance on VoIP and Cloud (minutes) services upon request for all payments made within 7 days.
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions such as Cloud Packages (Go Small, Medium, Large and Enterprise), Managed Services, DIDs or Toll Free Numbers
Prepaid Technical Support and Consulting Services: We offer refunds only if no technical support or consulting services has been rendered.
There are no refunds for one-time/setup fees
