1. Open your admin portal and click Telephony > Campaigns on the top menu.
2. Choose the campaign name you want to reset your leads.
3. Popup screen will show up then click Modify.
4. Change the status of Reset_Lead_Called_Status to Y (Yes) and click Modify below.
5. Pop up message will appear showing that the work is done.
Note: Resetting of leads may take up to 3-5 minutes to refresh.
